2024 Annual Show – Accommodations

ACCOMMODATION

Note:  The Holiday Inn is under-going a renovation.  The CSMMI show exhibit halls and hallway have been upgraded and look great.  The main entrance is closed and being renovated.  The Show entrance is to the left of the main hotel entrance as in previous years.  The Front Desk for hotel check-ins has been temporarily relocated to the west side of the hotel.  Look for signs or a hotel staffer to direct you.  The restaurant has been renovated and is open for food and drinks.  

On June 21 and 22nd, 2024 the show will be held at the Burlington Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Centre, in the Halton Hall. Accommodation is once again available at the hotel for the show.

The CSMMI has arranged for preferred rates to those attending the show.  Please note:  the Holiday Inn has set aside a limited number of rooms (22) at these rates.  If you find during your booking that the available rooms have been filled, email the President at info@csmmi.com and he will contact the Holiday Inn see if this allotment can be increased.

Please see below for the confirmed pricing structure at the Holiday Inn for our annual show. Members and guests wishing to use these rates must follow the instructions below.

Guest Rooms Available June 20 - June 23, 2024

  • Standard Room with two queen beds -  $155 (plus 4% MAT & 13%HST)

  • Standard Room with one king bed -  $175 (plus 4% MAT & 13%HST)

Posted rates are in Canadian dollars.  Complimentary parking and Wi-Fi is included for all guests. Guestrooms are fully equipped with Keurig Coffee Makers, and a mini fridge.

Group Code:    In order to receive the group rate, the caller must ask for CSMMI Annual Convention,  Group Code CSM

Cut Off Date:   In order to benefit from the discounted rate all reservations must be made by May 20, 2024.
