2026 Annual Show – Table Rentals & Show Enquiries

Table Rental Information

The 2026 CSMMI Two-Day Annual Militaria Show & Sale will once again feature up to 76 tables in what has become the must attend show. Leading dealers from across Canada and the USA are again expected to be in attendance following the success of previous years.

Note: In 2026, revised 2026 CSMMI Show Show Rules are in effect and vendors are required to read and sign their compliance with these rules for the conduct of their sales tables.

Table rentals are limited to a maximum of 4 tables per vendor. CSMMI members in good standing have priority for table rentals up to one month before the annual show.

On May 20, 2025, any table space remaining will be rented to non-members on a first come first served basis. Tables are available only to Vendors selling and trading Canadian & Foreign militaria. Preference given to vendors dealing with the following items: orders, decorations & medals, metal and cloth badges, buttons, insignia, books, uniforms, helmets, historical items, war relics, swords, daggers, bayonets, field equipment, prints, trench art, military toys and toy soldiers.

Each vendor booking is permitted 1 helper at no additional cost

ADDITIONAL 6' Bourse tables (LIMIT of 3)

$90.00 Member $110.00 Non-member

ADDITIONAL HELPER (max. 1 additional helper per vendor)

$20.00 Member $30.00 Non-member

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Use the registration form to apply for table rentals and registration for the vendor and helpers.

Payment options: Cheque, money order, or eTransfer. Cash payments are accepted only at the monthly meetings.
