The 2026 CSMMI Annual Convention will once again be held on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20, 2026  at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Centre, in Burlington, Ontario Canada. Registration, table rentals and accommodation reservations are now open.  See these pages for the program, registration form and other show forms and details.

Special room rates are available at the Holiday Inn to those guests requesting the CSMMI rate. See details below for room rates, discount code and booking procedures.  Note: special rates available up to May 18, 2026.

Overview

The Annual Two-Day Show will feature a show of about 35 vendors on 76+ tables from across Canada and the United States who will offer their militaria and collectibles for sale and trade.  A key feature is the militaria related displays on 7 tables by members who compete in a judged forum for recognition.

CSMMI members in good standing have priority for table rentals up to one month before the annual show.  On May 20, 2026, any table space remaining will be rented to non-members on a first come first served basis.  Note: Table rentals are limited to a maximum of 4 tables per vendor.  Tables available only to Vendors selling and trading Canadian & Foreign militaria.  Items include orders, decorations & medals, metal and cloth badges, buttons, insignia, books, uniforms, helmets, historical items, war relics, swords, daggers, bayonets, field equipment, prints, trench art, military toys and toy soldiers, and more.

The show also includes the CSMMI Annual General Meeting (AGM) that is open to all members.

Militaria identification and evaluation section will be available to the public.  Here's a perfect  chance to identify those military objects you have had around the house for years.

Admission:   $10.00 for all attendees 16 years old and older

Youth (under 16 years old): free when accompanied by an adult

The 2-Day Annual Show held in 2026 is sold out.  We feature 43 vendors on 85 tables.    Our largest and most diverse group to date.

Photographs and/or video will be taken at ALL Annual Show events

By taking part in this event you grant the CSMMI, and the event organizers, full rights to use the images resulting from photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the groups’ aims.  This may include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online journals and publicity, website, social media, press releases and funding applications.
