Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Members of the Canadian Society of Military Medals & Insignia. To take place in-person at the place and time listed below.

Documents
Reports and Financial Statements will be posted here two weeks prior to the Annual Meeting. Any members who are unable to attend in person are asked to complete a proxy form and send it to the Membership Secretary.
Members are encouraged to download and read these documents and annual reports prior to the meeting.
Elections
Elections of members to the Board of Directors will take place. All members in good standing are eligible to hold office. Nominations and acceptance of the nomination shall be emailed to the Nominating Committee at info@csmmi.com or to bcatp8@hotmail.com.
The CSMMI By-laws provide for seven full members to be elected to the Board of Directors. The positions are alternated over a 2-year term. Terms begin the day following the Annual Meeting of Members (AGM) and extend to the end of the Annual Meeting in the final year of their terms. There are three (3) positions on your Board to be filled at the June 19, 2026 Annual Meeting of members for the terms listed below.
The Director positions to be filled are:
President and Chair of the Board, 1st Vice President and Membership Secretary.
The positions of 2nd Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary of the CSMMI, and Journal Editor were elected in 2025 for a 2-year term and continue to the next Annual Meeting in June 2027.

It is preferred to have any nominations received by June 12, 2026, however, nominations may be made on the floor of the AGM when called for by the Chair.
