ACCOMMODATION
On June 19 and 20, 2026 the CSMMI Annual Show will be held at the Burlington Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Centre. Accommodation is once again available at the hotel for the show.
Please see below for the confirmed pricing structure at the Holiday Inn for our annual show. Members and guests wishing to use these rates must follow the instructions below.
Guest Rooms Available June 18 - June 21, 2026
- Standard Room with Two Queen Beds - $165.00 (plus taxes- 13%HST +4% MAT)*
- Standard Room with one King Executive - $160.00 (plus taxes-13%HST+4% MAT)*
Posted rates are in Canadian dollars based on single/double occupancy. Additional person is $10.00 per person per room. Check in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 12:00noon. Late Check Out is subject to an additonal charge. Complimentary parking and Wi-Fi is included for all guests.
Call-In Reservations: By calling the Hotel Reservation line 905-639-4443, individuals can make their own reservations. For individuals to receive the established Group rate, they must state you are attending the CSMMI Convention initially when making the reservation. All reservations must be received by the group's cut-off date. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be subject to availability and the most available rate.
Cut Off Date: In order to benefit from the discounted rate all reservations must be made by May 18, 2026. After this date any available rooms will be released from the block.
By Internet: Internet booking or booking through central reservations will not get you these discounted rates. You must call the number provided above.
The CSMMI has arranged for preferred rates to those attending the show. Please note: the Holiday Inn has set aside a limited block of rooms (25) at these rates. If you find during your booking that the available rooms have been filled, please email the Conference Convenor at info@csmmi.com and he will contact the Holiday Inn see if this allotment can be increased.
