The Canadian Society of Military Medals & Insignia (CSMMI) was founded on March 21, 1965. It became incorporated in the Province of Ontario on November 25, 1998. The Corporation Number is 1320571 Ontario Inc. The CSMMI is subject to the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010, S.O. 2010, c.15, and is governed by a Board of Directors / Officers, regulated by the CSMMI By-Laws 2024 and the CSMMI Constitution 2024.
