CSMMI 2026 Schedule


The monthly meetings have up to 50 +/- tables of vendors selling and trading Canadian & foreign militaria.  Items include orders, decorations & medals, metal and cloth badges, buttons, insignia, books, uniforms, helmets, historical items, war relics, swords, daggers, bayonets, field equipment, prints, trench art, and toy soldiers.

Admission Policies

Public Admission    $10.00 per person. For non-members aged 16 years old and over.

Member Admission  $5.00 per person

Youth (under 16 years old) Admission.  Free when accompanied by an adult.


CSMMI Show Rules

Monthly Shows:  (Effective: January 1, 2025)

  1. All vendors and attendees shall abide by the CSMMI Code of Conduct.
  2. No entrance to anyone except vendors before 8:00 AM
  3. Vendors will staff their tables until the close of the show (advertised as 12:00 PM) unless otherwise given permission by the organizer to leave early.
  4. Limit of one helper per vendor.
  5. Bourse tables rented out to any person (vendor) must be used as a sales venue area, and the person (vendor) must staff the table until the end of the show (advertised as 12:00 PM) unless otherwise given permission by the CSMMI organizer to leave early.
  6. Failure to comply with any of the above rules could result in suspension of privileges to attend future shows.

By Car From Toronto or Hamilton
Travel on Queen Elizabeth Way / Highway 403 (QEW/403) to Burlington
Exit onto Guelph Line - proceed south to New Street, turn right (west) and proceed to Teen Tour Way (between Burlington Public Library and the Burlington Curling Club.
Turn right onto Teen Tour Way....The Burlington Seniors' Centre is on your left.
Free parking on site.

Nearest Station is Burlington Go Station, located at 2101 Fairview Street on the the Lakeshore West Line.

RENT A TABLE

Tables are available for rent on a show by show basis by members and non-members.  Table rental fees as follows: Members $25 per table, Non-Members $35 per table.  Members have priority on table rentals before available spaces are offered to non-members.  Anyone interested, please contact:

Members are allowed 1 table per year for free to sell or trade.  Here's an excellent opportunity to change up your collection.
There is no charge for tables to members who want to set up a display of their collection items.  A great opportunity to share your research with others.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

The Province of Ontario, Region of Halton and City of Burlington establish health and safety recommendations and instructions that organizers and patrons must observe.  All meetings and shows will be held in accordance with the health regulations in force at the date of the specific meeting.
The province has lifted capacity limits on February 17/22 and on March 1/22 will no longer require patrons to show proof of vaccines.  Masks are not required, but are optional at the individual's choice.  Practicing physical distancing and hand sanitation are recommended.
