Members are encouraged to download and read these documents and annual reports prior to the meeting.
Elections
Elections of members to the Board of Directors will take place. All members in good standing are eligible to hold office. Nominations and acceptance of the nomination shall be emailed to the Nominating Committee at info@csmmi.com or to bcatp8@hotmail.com.
The CSMMI By-laws provide for seven full members to be elected to the Board of Directors. There are six (6) vacancies on your Board to be filled at the June 20, 2025 Annual Meeting of members for the terms listed below.

The position of Membership Secretary is filled by Ken Keegan and he has another year in his term.

It is preferred to have any nominations received by June 13, 2025, however, nominations may be made on the floor of the AGM when called for by the Chair.
